Yes. We provide free estimates for most flooring and remodeling projects. During the visit we evaluate the condition of the floors, discuss your goals, and recommend the best solution for your home.
Are estimates free?
Yes. We operate professionally and carry insurance to protect both our clients and our team while work is being performed.

Project Process
What is the process after I accept the estimate?
Once the estimate is approved, we collect a 50% deposit to secure materials and schedule your project. We then coordinate material pickup, confirm the project timeline, and schedule your installation date.
How far out are you usually scheduled?
Most projects are scheduled 1–3 weeks in advance depending on workload and material availability. Larger remodels may require additional planning.
Do I need to move furniture before the project starts?
We ask homeowners to remove personal items, fragile items, and small furniture before work begins. Large furniture can often be moved by our team if arranged ahead of time.
Flooring Services
Can engineered wood floors be refinished or stained?
Engineered wood floors can sometimes be lightly sanded or stained depending on the thickness of the veneer layer. However, results can vary and stain absorption cannot always be guaranteed due to factory finishes and wear.
How long does hardwood floor refinishing take?
Most hardwood floor refinishing projects take 4-5 days, depending on the size of the home, repairs needed, and drying time between coats.
How long does carpet installation take?
Most carpet installations can be completed in one day depending on the square footage and preparation required.
What is acid washing and staining grout?
Acid washing removes buildup, stains, and discoloration from grout lines. Once cleaned, a grout stain or color seal can be applied to restore or change the grout color and protect it from future staining.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on several factors including square footage, floor condition, preparation work, materials, and project complexity. Each project is evaluated individually to ensure accurate pricing.
How is pricing determined?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure the project schedule and purchase materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

Currently we do not offer financing, but we accept several forms of payment including cash, check, and electronic payment options.
Expectations & Results
Will my floors look brand new after refinishing Hardwood floors?
Refinishing dramatically improves the appearance of hardwood floors, but existing character marks, grain variations, or previous wear may still be visible.
Can you guarantee exact stain colors?
We provide stain samples for approval before the project begins. Because wood species and existing floor conditions vary, exact color uniformity cannot always be guaranteed.
What happens if additional repairs are needed?
If hidden damage or structural issues are discovered during the project, we will discuss repair options and provide a change order before proceeding with additional work.
After The Project
For hardwood floors, light foot traffic is usually allowed within 24 hours, but furniture and rugs should wait several days depending on the finish used.
When can I walk on my floors?
